Terms and Conditions
A minimum of 3 nights or more are required for bookings over bank holidays and 4 nights or more between December 22nd to Jan 1st and at Easter.
Bookings are only secured once a deposit has been paid and will be held on a provisional basis for 5 days. A deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking with the balance payable no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If a booking less than 6 weeks before arrival full payment is required.
Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your holiday or short break due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your payment in full as long as we can re-let the property. If we cannot, then we will not be able to make a refund. We strongly recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance
